Dxcore worked closely with the private contractor as well as City of Sydney Council on the Public domain works associated with this boutique apartment building in the heart of Sydney’s Surry Hills.
Key aspects included:
- New sandstone kerbs
- Concrete gutters
- Road restoration works
- New tree pits with porous paving
- Pedestrian ramps and vehicle cross overs.
All work were executed not only in a busy city environment, but also while being constrained by limited short working hours due to works being adjacent to major bus route on Elizabeth street.
Dxcore has the expertise and ability to manage numerous stakeholder’s interests, while still delivering the required outcome, no matter the site limitations.
