Dxcore was extensively involved in all external works related to the construction of a new Residential Aged Care Facility and Independent Living Units at Taren Point.
Key aspects included:
- New asphalt carparks to both buildings
- New road network
- Associated concrete finish footpaths
- Clay paving
- Subgrade works
- New kerbs (including standard kerb and gutters, Flush kerbs, Kerb only and dish gutters)
- Trenching for services trades
- Works along Riparian corridor and Sandstone Boulder walls.
